Training and Racing With A Power Meter Bike Racing 101
INTRODUCTION:Gregg Stepan is the owner and head coach of Millennium Cycling, LLC.  Gregg started his part-time cycling coaching business in 1999.  Gregg holds an Elite Level 1 Coaching License, the highest level of coaching license currently issued by USA Cycling, Inc.  Gregg is an advocate of training with a power meter, and many of Gregg's clients use them regularly.

Gregg has been racing mountain bikes in cross-country events since 1993 and continues to race occasionally.  Gregg also occasionally races in road events.

Gregg coaches part-time and limits the number of coaching clients he accepts, so that he can offer each coaching client his full attention.  Gregg's past and present coaching clients have included, among others, a national expert cross country mountain bike champion and a Florida state multi-year masters road race champion.
