Gregg's primary coaching philosophy
is that every cyclist is different, and thus, every cyclist has different training and coaching needs. Although certain exercise physiology and training
principles apply to every cyclist, each principle applies in differing degrees to each cyclist, depending on his or her unique life circumstances, unique
physiological strengths and weaknesses, and unique mental strengths and weaknesses. Gregg coaches all levels of cyclists, road mountain and cyclocross. |

| On-bike Power Meter Testing Session |
The session uses a computer controlled wattage ergometer and/or an on-bike power meter. The session involves some maximal efforts and uses your own bike, with no blood samples and no breathing tubes. |
At end of the session, we provide you with estimates of your threshold wattage and heart rate, suggested wattage and heart rate training zones, basic suggestions for a better bike fit, and a general analysis of
your relative strengths and weaknesses. |

| Bike Fitting Session |
Session involves video analysis and other techniques. The focus
is most often on achieving a fit that is comfortable and is most likely to avoid injury. |
Fit adjustments are made during the session. Often, road and mtb bike fits are optimized from bike to bike. |

| Off-road MTB Lessons |
The lesson starts with an on-bike observation period. |
After observation, we practice needed skills & teach drills for future use. |
